Terms of use

Draft of 19 October 2026.

The app

Arc Lab measures golf shots with your iPhone's camera. Numbers are estimates: carry, apex and spin come from a model, and accuracy depends on your set-up and light. Don't rely on them where accuracy matters for safety.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. Choose a handle and display name that don't impersonate anyone and aren't offensive; we may change or remove ones that are, and suspend accounts that abuse other people.

Friends and sharing

You choose what friends see. Report anyone who misuses the social features from their profile.

Subscriptions and invites

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. An invite earns a one-time extra week for you and your friend once they log their first real session; one reward per person.

Changes

We'll update these terms as the app changes and say so in the app.
